Hi, my name is Abi and I'd like to help you change your life. 


As an experienced Cognitive Hypnotherapist I have worked with many different people on a wide variety of issues relating to Mental Health, whilst also having a particular interest in difficulties associated with anxiety, loss of confidence and low self-esteem.  

Because, these days we’re often so busy putting others first, we forget to see to our own feelings, needs, health and well-being.  But it’s time to change that mindset, and that's what my Practice is all about - putting you first and enabling you to live your life the way you want.
